I am proud of my company`s reputation for reliability, commitment and loyalty to its clients. We frequently do work over and above what has been asked for - or paid for - because we believe that a business relationship is not simply a short-term one based on money but is about giving lasting and tangible value over the long term. When we go the extra mile, clients come back to us for more.
Our principles are honesty, transparency and value. Because we are a small business we are able to keep our costs to a minimum, which is reflected in our fees, and we have a strict policy of rock-bottom expenses claims. We travel second class, we never stay in a 4-star hotel if a Travelodge is available and we don’t expect our clients to treat us to lavish hospitality.
